Super cozy cafe . It’s not very modern looking, has sort of very old German vibes but we found that very cozy and sweet. The atmosphere is often lively. Recommend calling before going if you want to sit downstairs as it gets very busy.

This place is wonderful! The bakery and prepared food are delicious, and coffees are great. Ice cream and outdoor seating is available in the warmer months. The staff are friendly, and very patient with my attempts to speak German. The whole cafe is lovely, but the upstairs is particularly beautiful. I feel lucky when it’s busy and I get to sit up there.

This bakery is full of delicious treats & a lovely café to grab coffee, breakfast, or lunch in. The service is always tremendously efficient. In the summer months, their homemade ice cream is a favorite. We regularly get cappuccinos, deli sandwiches, pastries, & cakes to go..as well as hawaii toast, scrambled eggs & ham, and goulash soup when dining in. I highly reccomend this bakery.

Great bakery. Owner is very nice and helpful. Coffee was on point. Cinnamon rolls were perfect. Fluffy, but full of flavor. Pop in if you are in the area. If I lived here this would be my go to breakfast spot.

I adore Café Schmidt!! The bakery is absolutely beautiful. I love the patio seating out front, but they also have a nice indoor seating area.

Best cakes in the area! And great bread too. Very popular place with nice staff and relaxing rooms where customers can enjoy coffee, tea, or a cold beverage. In addition to cakes and pastries, they also serve a few warm toasts and soups. Best to reserve on Sunday afternoons!
